Our motivational self-development workshop helps to bring awareness to your employees.
It all boils down to being able to juggle personal life and its issues with the work life and the daily issues. If this is not mastered, your employees will be stressed out and might call in sick because they no longer can cope.
When you think of staff motivation, many things may come to mind: more money, a bigger office, a promotion, or a better quality of life. The truth is, no matter what we offer people, true motivation comes from within. Regardless of how it is characterized, it is important to get the right balance in order to ensure a motivated workforce.
Self-development of each employee is an individual process. Everybody's story is different, everybody grew up different and has an individual background. It is very important to bring awareness of such to every single person and here is where self-development starts.

This workshop is geared to change the life of every single staff member where it needs to change and bring out the best in each.

Specifications
The workshop runs for four hours and can be done in your office building with a minimum of five staff members or upon a mutual agreement a different venue can be determined.

Mental Health Wellness increases productivity and effectiveness. Feeling overwhelmed is contributing to the lack of motivation. If people become accustomed to a feeling of helplessness they will be struggling. This struggle will be in the way of being an efficient and productive employee. This workshop is concentrating on letting go of struggles and to change attitude.
